However, both times I have worked that shift, I was in a convenience store/gas station type job. Maybe it's not so bad doing something else. When I was working my way through secretarial school in the early 1980s, one of my part-time jobs was as a hospital housekeeper, 5 PM - 1:30 AM. My brother does that job now, same hours. He hates those hours. I actually liked them, but it was a hard road with class at 8 AM. My current job is 8 AM - 4:30 PM. It used to be 9 AM - 5:30 PM but I had to alter my hours so I could carpool with a friend. I would rather do the later hours -- I'm not a morning person these days. :lol: I appreciate being able to wake up a bit before I must face the world.
