Woke up at 12pm and started working on it till now, which is 7am. Subbing a movie is fucking grueling. Regardless, this was an amazing movie. The details… the animation… the characters… everything was just perfect. There’s just so much budget put into it and was used well. K-ON definitely has to be one of my favorite slice-of-life shows. I am surprised you got this translated in 24 hours after the Japanese Release of the Blu-Ray Movie itself.
Had no trouble running it on my computer. Just wondering if the audio of the movie sounds too low or is it just me. Had to put the Volume up to around 50 to hear the 1080P Rip of it. Otherwise I congratulate you entire Fansubbing Staff in doing this difficult project. Can’t Believe K-ON! is finally over after seeing this. I will miss Houkago Tea Time!

There’s your problem. Use google and search playback codec; get cccp if you don’t know what you’re doing.

Hey guys im trying to find a way to stream the movie. The 1080p version failed on me im hoping for the 720p version to work. BUt anu tips to run the 1080p i tried using divx player, wm player, windows movie maker, my google tv and my blu ray player no luck. TIPS PLEASE

I got a question about the subtitle styling. How were you able to get semi-transparent boxes around the lyrics the ED? I tried to replicate this in subtitles of other shows by setting BorderStyle=3, but no matter how I changed the colors I always end up with an opaque box. I wanted to change the styling of subtitles in others shows to make them easier to read on a smartphone. Any help would be appreciated!

I try and play it ,but only the audio track plays, and the screen is pure green. Anyone have a solution?

As for the ppl having problems, you do know its an .mkv file, right? You need the right codecs for it. You should find them via searching Google. I have the 720p version and it runs perfect on VLC.
Or you could try downloading Freemake Video Converter. It supports .mkv files. Cheers!

In my experience, the overnight shift (11P-7A or thereabouts) is the worst. However, both times I have worked that shift, I was in a convenience store/gas station type job. Maybe it’s not so bad doing something else. When I was working my way through secretarial school in the early 1980s, one of my part-time jobs was as a hospital housekeeper, 5 PM – 1:30 AM. My brother does that job now, same hours. He hates those hours. I actually liked them, but it was a hard road with class at 8 AM. My current job is 8 AM – 4:30 PM. It used to be 9 AM – 5:30 PM but I had to alter my hours so I could carpool with a friend. I would rather do the later hours — I’m not a morning person these days.
I appreciate being able to wake up a bit before I must face the world.
